What we often see
Pool concrete takes a hammering from chlorine and salt water. They get bleached. The concrete becomes dangerously slippery when wet, and it often develops those unsightly white salt stains that won't wash off with a standard garden hose.
What may help
We treat salt stains. After cleaning the slab, we apply specialized polymer-modified coatings that are designed to bond chemically to the concrete and won't bubble or peel when wet. The finish grips tight.
Worth considering
Chemical resistance is vital to stop pool water eating the finish. Most importantly, the surface requires a highly specific non-slip texture that meets Australian safety standards without feeling rough on wet feet.
Other areas we work in
It is much cheaper. By saving the concrete you already have, you completely avoid the massive cost of hiring heavy machinery to excavate and cart away the old broken slab. We work on top of the slab.
