Paths & Entrances
You walk on paths and entrances every day, so you notice when they're grubby, worn or damaged. Each one is a different job.
If the Path Has Gone Green
Paths that stay damp or out of the sun grow green and black patches. Cleaning takes the growth and grime off sound concrete.
If you're worried about a path being slippery when it's wet, say so when you contact Atlas. Cleaning removes what's sitting on the surface, but Atlas can't give a slip rating or promise a surface is non-slip.
If the Finish Has Worn
On a sealed path, the parts you walk on most lose their sealer first, so it wears unevenly. Worn sealer can be renewed. Peeling or cloudy sealer has to be dealt with first.
Resealing renews the finish. It isn't a non-slip treatment, and Atlas doesn't offer it as one.
Cracked, Lifted or Broken Sections
A section that has cracked, lifted or broken up isn't a surface problem. Cleaning and sealing won't fix it. If the rest of the path is sound, that section can be replaced on its own.
Tell Andre what you think caused it. If tree roots or ground movement lifted it, new concrete in the same spot can move again, so that needs a look first. New concrete also won't match the old beside it.
